    No Devolution of Justice and Policing for a while.

    Jeffery Donaldson says after meeting the Cheif Constable. The IRA Army Council needs to go away. May 2008 deadline posturing starts in earnest IMHO.

    How can you devolve these powers to the Assembly with one party not dismantling its military wing!!

    There would be outrage!!!
