    DUP reject devolution discussions

The DUP will not attend discussions which the NI secretary is expected to hold on the return of devolution.
Sources said they had set out a series of time penalties which would apply in response to "any further concessions from the government to republicans".

They claimed devolution would not return for a minimum of two years.

Who'd have thought it - the DUP won't play ball despite the fact that republicans are bending over backwards to please them. So what do SF do now?

There is also a lot of hatred on the protestant side about the release of Sean Kelly.

Hain is meeting the victims family and members of the DUP today to discuss their anger. This will be used by the DUP in their battle against power-sharing with Sinn Fein - who they see as being responsible for the bomb.

We can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when creating them

More than 3000 people died if we were to revisit every death we'd never get anywhere
