Aren't the Unionists committed to seeing the funding for the UDA being ended?
So they say - But look at their actions.Originally Posted by Darren Mac an Phríora

A County Armagh man was attacked and beaten just hours after a pipe bomb was discovered at his home on Friday night/Saturday morning. A number of houses had to be evacuated in Lurgan overnight after the device was found under a child's trampoline.
The householder said the pipebomb was the latest incident in a campaign of intimidation against him and his family.
Shortly after the the PSNI and local media crews (including the BBC)) left the area, in the loyalist Mourneview estate, the man and his father-in-law were assaulted by a gang at around noon on Saturday and needed hospital treatment for their injuries. The man said he believed the same people were responsible for all of the attacks and that they came from within the mainly loyalist Mourneview area.
I wonder what David Simpson MP, MLA and Cllr (DUP) and Stephen Moutray MLA and Cllr (DUP) will have to say about this.
Did anyone really expect anything else here? The UDA et al have gotten away with murder (literally) for years. There was never any way that their friends in the PSNI were going to really clamp down on them.
I can't wait until the end of the common travel agreement. Then all these so called "British Loyalists" will have to use their passports to enter England, Scotland and Wales but will not need it to travel into the ROI. The reason Britain wants to end the CTA is to strengthen their coastal borders. As NI is outside their coastal borders travellers will have to use passports to enter.
One of the moderators on here really wrecks my head with his/her power mad ego

remember it was a legal organisation until 10 August 1992 - can you imagine an Irish army being allowed to remain legal by the british and their lackeys?
