The problem (for the critics) is with people in the 26 counties who both live AND work there. They pay their taxes to Dublin yet avail of the health and education services paid for by others.
Simple solution - get rid of the border.
or simply stop accepting people into schools etc whom reside in a foreign country or at least place them at the bottom of the queue
    Agree totally

The problem has nothing to do with politics or better schools or any of that nonsense. A lot of Derry wans live in Donegal and do all business and so on in Derry. This has been detrimental to towns such as Muff were the house prices and problems go up but no benefits from the new residents are acquired as they are basically only using the house to sleep in.

These people want their children to get educated in Derry as it suits them with their work arrangements and maintains links et cetera.

The problem has arisen now due to oversubscribed schools. The people in Derry are complaining the Donegal ones are taking their places, using grannies address to fool the boards.

Just the usual problems from Fenians as usual. Too many of them breeding. It is all the Catholics fault

I understand Catriona Ruane's children are very young. Is it right that there should be media comment on where anybody's children are going to school, especially those of prominent politiicians. Have those children not a right to their privacy?

I agree with the children having a right to privacy. But I think it also points to the merits of having an all-Ireland education system and curriculum. In areas such as the Northwest it makes no sense that capacity exists in Derry, which may not be utilised yet in Donegal schools places may not be available. The same should happen within 3rd level education with a far greater level of integration between institutions such as Magee and Letterkenny and also between Dundalk and Jordanstown in order to provide much needed skills in the ‘Border Corridor’ which has suffered so much due to the negative impacts of partition. Hopefully when Fianna Fail moves north this will all be put to right!!

Preschool activities help kids in the development and improvement of their learning experiences & behaviour, making them confident, eager and keen learners. Online activity enables you to download these printable worksheets of coloring pages from the internet and allow your kids to play with crayons, water colors which keeps them occupied for hours and hours. Drawing is again a learning exercise which is equally enjoyable. To draw step by step any given shape or picture is a milestone achievement for a child. Educational games are a great tool for building foundation math and language skills that today's elementary school curriculum requires. These online learning games and songs for kids are fun, teach important skills for preschool and elementary school kids and they're free.

Do we know where the children's father works? It may not be that simple.
The Mahon Tribunal found Olivia Mitchell to have received an inappropriate payment from Frank Dunlop at the time of the 1992 Election. F.G. Gael has taken no action against her.

If Ruane thinks her education reforms will benefit children in NI then she should be prepared to send her children to these new co-ed schools.
