need some help with N.ireland connected music video

just saw a music video which was a great version of 'Ruby, don't take your love to town' , with some british punkband and the vocalist has a great cockney accent and in the video to the song he's dressed up as a british soldier in N. Ireland.
And instead of 'It wasnt me who started out this crazy Asian war' it's 'it wasnt me who started out this crazy Irish war'.

Plz someone say who's doing the singing to this song,
im sure someone from n.ireland knows because surely the band who'd have been threatend by the IRA for trivializing the conflict or insulting the prophet or something...
