So Ren, which county is going to make the Nevada like brothels legal? How about Louth?
It would be quite handy for people north and south, and Dundalk was a bit of a wild west frontier town.

From what I saw on TV and have read about the Nevada situation, the brothels are horrible places.
And the women, or at least some of them, were being exploited.

    Here's more superficial advice:

DUP MP David Simpson also sits on the cross-party parliamentary group. He said although the crime is a "growing problem" he believes something can be done.

"It's a bit like voting, it's the will of the people. If people shout enough from the ground about this, then I believe we will see something positive happen in the end.

"If you stop one individual someone else steps in to takeover, so it's a work in progress. We need to just keep at it, and I know there's a willingness within the PSNI to see that happen," he told UTV.

You won't stop prostitution and I don't like to see victims criminalised.
Instead of the shouting above, consideration should be given to alternatives:

Prostitution Reform Act 2003 No 28 (as at 29 November 2010), Public Act – New Zealand Legislation

There are always going to be prostitutes. If it is legalised and properly regulated it will provide a good measure of protection for the women involved and should also deal effectively with the problem of human trafficking. It will help in the battle against STD's.
The only thing stopping this is good old fashioned hypocrisy.
