I know that. I've a mate who is a former reservist and I know his former seargent well. They're both a fek'n mess. They'd a friend who had his legs blown off in A'town in front of them and they're both a mess. THe reservist is an alco and his searg is a speed freak who has it for his breakfast on.

The reservist was part of an action against the CC's office. The CC's office took it to court. The judge told them all to find 20 grand and the police uniom told them to fek off when they asked for help, claiming they were broke.

At the other end of the scale, Mrs Esk's brother and his wife got out on Patton and are doing very well, thank you.

I find it disgusting that these so-called police officers got one single penny.

You and your government backed the plan that gave it to them. Go speak to Mr & Mrs Clinton and quit trolling.

    Ps. Thanks.

I know of many ex RUC who finished on a Friday and following Monday were either on court duty or cold case cops or raking it in from other interests( Hague Court protection duties).£41 million is an astronomical figure ,£!5m usually pays a wage bill for 250 staff ranging from £8k -to a Chief Executive .Agency of course , get a big slice as well .So, all in all , a poorly planned change situation at great cost to taxpayer.
    Agree with all of that.

I imagine Grafton got about 20% of that before their own costs which wouldn't have been insignificant but it was still a nice contract for them.
