Social Worker Awarded Damages in Sectarian Harrassment Case

A Catholic social-worker has been awarded substantial damages after enduring a litany of sectarian harrassment from colleagues at a Belfast health trust. Management turned a blind-eye to the bigotry which went on for years. It's shocking that this type of sectarian bullying still goes unchecked in the NI public-sector.

Currently on tv....disgraceful behaviour by these bigots. Fair play to the woman for standing up to the bigots. Hopefully heads will roll in the Trust after this.

These bigots truely are the scum of the earth, I hope that appropriate action is taken and their employment is terminated.

All sectarian harrassment is morally wrong. All political parties and mainstream views in the six counties hold to that view. Let us hope that those guilty are brought before the courts.
