It released hundreds of sectarian killers effectively giving them an amnesty, if you are for truth and reconciliation then the whole lot would get one, problem is we know that we wont get the truth from all sides, so why not draw a line under it and move on?

Memory; FFS it was only 4 out of the hundreds of BArmy murderers - shouldn't exactly tax a few cerebral cells.

It didn't; it belatedly responded to the RUC murder of several unarmed Irish civilians in 1969

But as I have just demonstrated there was no amnesty.

And as you have just demonstrated you're not interested in truth for victims of IRA violence, you merely wish the state to continue covering up its violence.

My heart bleeds, the IRA put my Granny out her house in Pettigo when she was a wee girl.

Still waiting on your source for how the poor Republican prisoners were victimised in comparison to loyalists?

If it is from erigi or some other biased sh!te then just say so?

Nope, I want truth and justice for all otherwise it is simply unfair and unjust, as you well know this is never going to happen because SF/IRA are lying bastards and you know as well as I do this will never change.

I wasn't comparing Republican & Loyalist prisoners Bleeding Heart; I was contrasting the 150,000 years served by Republicans with the 8 served by Brit killers for over 300 murders.

Hope Granny's a big girl now BTW

Sorry Einstein. I was, in my idiocy, simply pointing out that Brit murderers have been enjoying an effective amnesty for the hundreds of unarmed Irish civilians they have killed north & south of the border. Cept when the Ra caught up with them, of course.

Aye they were good at dishing out their own form of justice weren't they?

Ask Jean McConville or Charlie Armstrong's relatives about it.
