    When Prince Charles came to Dublin in the 90s An Phoblacht said 3000 people turned out to demonstrate against him, RTE said 2000 and Sky News said 1000...Im sure they all had trusted acedemics to figure out the numbers

    Not scientific and therefore not reliable. They can't restrict the sample on a membership basis, unlike this site (which is why polls on politics.ie are better).

    Would it not be in the interest of the unionist parties to call a border referendum? They are obviously in the ascendancy. I think it would be an interesting poll.
