The Orange Order is a PROTESTANT organisation. Only PROTESTANTS can join it.

Opus Dei is a CATHOLIC organisation. Only CATHOLICS can join it.

    Do you understand?

Typical of nationalists - trying to goad a violent reaction from law abiding religious marchers.
Not them bloody nationalists annoying those poor innocent set upon loyalists again.

No real mystery. Its a common law offence throught the UK to conduct yourself in a manner which is likely to cause a breach of the peace.

If you sat outside a Mosque in Birmingham blaring out Skrewdriver you would be dealt with in the same way.

Wolf Tones, in your garden at a bar b que = no offence.

Wolf Tones, at an Orange Parade = conduct likely to cause a breach of the peace.

    And from the article
Europe's top tune was Wind of Change by the Scorpions, a song many associate with the fall of the Berlin Wall.

thanks, thats just incredible, then again if the same people or a large element of them picked Scorpion also i'm marginally less surprised

Must have been a quiet parade for the bandsmen to be drowned out by a car stereo.

The words " Wolfe Tones " and "music " should never appear in the same sentence.

I agree that it is a seriously illiberal judgement.
I would have favored him just being told to clear off, not prosecuted.
