tried it last may and a notice came up saying because of copyright differences it could not be watched outside UK
No. It detects where you are from your IP address. The only way is to use a proxy IP, or get someone to stream it for you to some other part of the internet.

I tried to watch the Ulster final on RTE once and it told me I cant because I dont live in Ireland.
I think I started a thread on it.
BBC I player wont work if youre in the south also.
As the man said look up proxy servers.
