New elections are the only answer with the P&J Ministry subject to the D'Hondt Process.

Isn't the danger of using d'Hondt that we could very well end up with someone like Gregory Campbell in charge of Policing and Justice?

The Alliance Party has said it won't put forward any names for consideration as minister of justice without agreement on other key issues first.

... in a leaked letter, Alliance says there must first be agreement on a policy programme for the justice post. It also wants real progress on a community relations strategy.

Will the P&J powers be devolved, 2 week or so until SF deadline.

An Ulster Unionist MLA has said his party will not nominate someone for the role of policing and justice minister.

Last week the first and deputy first ministers wrote to MLAs inviting them to nominate candidates for the post by 11 December.

It is understood the SDLP has selected Social Development Minister Margaret Ritchie as their nominee.

In the south, yes, they have. She's called Mary Lou MacDonald. Everytime she stands up, her fat arse blocks out the sunlight for half of Dublin..

Well, thanks to the failures of our glorious leaders, war is again inevitable. An appointment such as Gregory 'bigot-balls' Campbell will help speed up the process...

I think it is unlikely that the DUP would be able to have 1st pick during the process. I believe that post the next election SF will be that party.

Surely she doesn't block that much sunlight?
