How the **** is anyone in northern ireland with its crap economy supposed to buy a house?
Northern Ireland towns has topped the full 1-10 chart on house price growth this year, but weres the jobs? wheres the money for your average factory worker or single parent to buy a house?

Their prices must have started off extremely low. I would imagine the huge increase is in anticipation of continued relative peace and the investment that should go with that.
