    From u.tv:

Witnesses claimed the former Ulster Freedom Fighters prisoner barged his way through the revolving doors of Parliament Building, shouting "no surrender".

Earlier he had daubed in red paint on one of the pillars outside the main entrance a slogan proclaiming: "Sinn Fein/IRA scum."
If that's the best Loyalism can come up with regard to the challenges of power sharing and the future, then I feel sorry for them. They truly haven't a clue, or a hope.

The self-delusion goes on. I said in a previous post that the trust that is vital for parties to work together does not exist and cannot be imposed by the British or Irish governments on them. The only way forward is interim joint authority until those involved come up with a plan, negotiated by themselves, to work together and then present it to governments for approval.Salaries of MLA's should cease immediately.

I'm shocked that big Ian Paisley hasn't nominated a minister That man will probably go to the grave with his hatred for catholics/ nationalists. At least that ****************************** Michael Stone added a bit of drama to the day.

The same old crap. The DUP will always find someting to slow down the political process. If its not policing it will be some other s-h-i-t-e.

You're missing the point. It is not slowing down the political process. All these fudges are the only thing that is keeping it on the road.

    NI

The sh1t has really hit the fan now.

    what about water charges?
    post primary selection?
    business rates?
    local government review?
the millions / billions promised by brown?

The NI politicians have scored an own goal here. Election or no election in March, the UK govt should press on and make decisions on these important issues affcting NI citizens.

Stevie wonder could see this one coming. Pailsley will not move an inch until the Shinners make a statement on policing and justice / rule of law.

Groundhog day anyone? With a twist of M. Stone thrown in for good measure.

Its such a sad state of affairs. After everything, after all the countless people that have died, after all the efforts that have been made by people like Sinn Féin, who in fairness partly represent the occupied people of NI and not just one side but the British and Irish government.....The Unionists are now the ones solely causing trouble.......Time to get them out?
