No but Azatlan's popular in some areas.
It doesn't look like he is giving a roman salute,more of a wave to someone in the crowd that is watching the parade. The Nazis adopted the roman salute,I've even seen pictures of Americans saluting the american flag in the Roman way. Those pics were before WWII started.
