Irish Times & exteme right-wing Polish Journalist?

The enemy of my enemy is my friend.

Readers of my blog and indeed readers of the Irish Times will know that the IT has a unduly righteous attitude towards Libertas, no doubt driven by Madam's dented ego having so heavily backed the defeated Lisbon Treaty.

But now it seems the IT have been taking their anti-Libertas lead from an extreme Polish journalist, Wojciecha Wybranowski, writing for Rzeczpospolita and with links to right wing-groups in Poland.

Wybranowski recently appeared on an independent Polish news website prawy.pl with a very interesting picture attached on this page.

He is, of course, claiming that it's not all it seems...

An article, penned by Wybranowski, appeared in Rzeczpospolita on the 12th of March and an article pushing the same untruths then appeared in the Irish Times on the 19th of March.

    More on my blog.

Not when he's being demonised by the likes of Cohn-Bendit, Le pen, and extreme right-wing journalists I don't.

Any translation, cookiemonster ? My Polish isn't as good as yours.

The UKIP scraps with Libertas too and there have been falling-outs every where Ganley has been candidate-hunting : all the right wing grouplets are competing for the same vote.

If it its true, it would not be surprising. The Irish Times gives space to all kinds of riff raff.

Just as well Libertas is targeting every vote. It doesn't matter if you're right-wing or left-wing. Increased democracy, transparency and accountability in the EU institutions benefits us all.

The usual smears from Libertas. They cannot take criticism, and the exposure that their 'hero' is a sham artist, so launch personal attacks on anyone daring to attack Ganley and co.

Anything to distract attention from Libertas and the truth behind it.

Yeah. To win 785 seats in the European parliament, according to the Libertas website. Funny that, given that the next parliament will have only 736 seats.

Libertas's inability to tell the truth means they cannot get something as basic as the number of seats in the European Parliament correct!

In Dublin the billboards are plastered with Ganley's face challenging Cowen to a job-off. How is that targeting my vote? Neither Ganley or cowen is running for the EP in Dublin.
