I like to mix it up, but generally between Cooper and Hook, not so much Drivetime.

Never, ever, Drivetime. That woman's voice grates my nerves something chronic. That whole Marian Finucane-copying thing of starting each sentence with a yelp, it makes me want to throw a brick at someone's head. Generally, if I'm in the car, I'll listen to Cooper, but flick to Hook in case there's something good on.

Matt Cooper most days. Prefer his sports coverage but like George for travel and movies.

Get tired of Drivetime anytime I listen. Is Mary Wilson still there? In saying that I think Morning Ireland and News at 1 are both excellent. Rare in RTE.

I'll take the Hookie Monster anyday.

Definitely Cooper, although it pains me to admit it.

Hook is great to dip in and out of, when I want something more laddish than the womany Cooper.

Mary Wilson - absolutely pathetic. It's amazing this show has kept its ratings

Tried to listen to Cooper once or twice but he bores the living daylights out of me. Not to mention his smugness.
I miss Rachel English and 5/7 Live. She was top class.

It's either Hook or BBC R4.

Cooper is too much of a know it all. At least George is fun and entertaining. He get passionate about things besides rugby.

Yeah she had a nice voice. Aine Lawlor sounds mice too.

Not a news programme but Lyndsey Dolan on Country FM has the sexiest voice in Ireland. Pure velvet.
