    Accepting that irresponsible media coverage can cause fierce trouble that is a fair argument, but if you are doing the arithmetic why not include in the calculation the Minister with multiple Juniors and 400+ staff in DoH, 80 more government TDs fully resourced, and thousands of frontline medical staff who want to be able to take pride in what they do?

    Why do you need to deploy an army of professional spinners if you are running a good operation?

    Why does Mary Harney take PR people with her on what is supposed to be a fact finding mission on best care practices instead of medics?
