Behind the Humanitarian Mask:The Nordic Countries, Israel and the Jews

Negative attitudes towards Israel in the media and beyond have soared in
many European countries in the wake of the Gaza conflict. This has been
particularly pronounced in states such as Norway and Sweden. Manfred
Gerstenfeld's book "Behind the Humanitarian Mask: The Nordic Countries,
Israel and the Jews" is now available to download for free and includes a
chapter on Norwegian media coverage of Israel.

The Jerusalem Center’s collaboration with the Friends of Simon Wiesenthal
Center for Holocaust Studies has made it possible to group and update in this
volume several earlier articles and interviews and to complement them with
additional essays. This volume aims to provide a more strategic picture of the
Nordic countries’ attitudes toward Israel and the Jews than is available elsewhere
    in English.

Our research clarifies that in recent years part of the societal elites, particularly
in Sweden and Norway, have been responsible for many pioneering efforts to
demonize Israel. Prominent among the perpetrators are leading socialist and other
leftist politicians, journalists, clergy, and employees of NGOs. This demonization
is based on the classic motifs of anti-Semitism, which often also accompany its
    new mutation of anti-Israelism.

If a book is available to download for free it must be utter sh!te.

"The Case for Israel" was pro-Israel propaganda, but that could find people willing to pay for it.

So if you're against the actions of Israel you're an anti-semite? The opening line in the OP refers to negative sentiment towards Israel, yet the title of the book conflates Israel and the more generic ethenic and religious people found throughout the world.

Zionism is one of these things that can't bear any criticism at all, or at least that's the way its defenders present it.

Marxists, Feminists and Leftists operate on the basis of "liberating tolerance" - i.e. their ideas should be tolerated, and any opposition should be suppressed.

Personally, I think any foreigners who object to Ireland's financial regulatory system are clearly anti-Irish. Any Irish people who object are clearly self-hating Irish.

The behaviour of the Israeli State towards Palestinians might be more potent than anti-Jewish propaganda.

And, you could have added, none of the books refer to corporal punishment in Singapore
