So you post "Not when it is breaking the law." but you have no idea if laws were broken.

There is an EU proposal in motion regarding regulation of blogs! I don't know what stage it has reached but what happened to the referenced website might become the norm if this proposal is passed. Doubt if it will be very effective even if it is passed but one never knows! Here is the link:
