Darren, some of us did read the article and we don't accept Carey's claims at face value as you apparently do. The WHO has not conclusively proven anything. Nor has Wikipedia.

I do know for a fact that the GreenFacts organization has a hidden agenda and is not to be trusted. You need to be careful about your information sources; Carey obviously was not.

I also know for a fact that Roche knows her stuff on radiation and everything connected with it.

Times readers (like quite a few P.ie members) have been softened up by the incessant pro-nuclear propaganda of the past few years, and they lap up this sort of pseudo-scientific set of insinuations. It sells newspapers. That's what it's all about.
