Why don't we have a national all-island young persons radio station in Irish?
Surely Raidió na Life in Dublin and Raidió Fáilte in Belfast could amalgamate?

I don't know how feasible this would be as I'm unfamiliar with broadcasting regulations. Are you a shareholder in Raidio na Life? Maybe you could bring it up at the next AGM
spin south west is much much better than 2fm.thats what station young people in my area all listen to.much better style than 2fm

Looks like the plan for a cool, national raidió is taking off. Check out Raidió Rí Rá at http://www.cnag.ie
Things are getting quite sexy for Gaeil these days - http://www.nosmag.com and http://www.desbishop.com etc.

I had a look at that new CnaG website. At least they are honest enough about how many craobhacha they have.
With the slightest political will Fianna Fáil’s Éamonn O Cuiv would be able to set this up. Between Radio na Life, Radio Fáilte and Anocht FM the necessary skills are there. Why does it take so long for FF to do anything?
There is no political drive as none of the parties have a policy in favour of one.
Jesus lads, did any of you even see the RnaG figures? I tried googling and couldn't even get figures.Originally Posted by Darren Mac an Phríora
