With a bit of luck, you'll be there again today too!

I have a button on my radio which turns the yoke off. I recently found another one with which I can actually change stations. Magic I tell you, magic. So rather than start threads on p.ie to air my annoyance I go the button pressing route and I seldom get annoyed.

I watched 10 minutes of their new comedy "The center" last night.

    I may never recover.
Was this on RTE? Does RTE not pilot shows before they give the go ahead to full production? I suppose when RTE are using Irish citizens cash they are only interested in providing highly paid numbers to their friends and families, and never worried about the quality of the programmes.

I adopted the same philosophy to the crazy hour with Vincent Browne a couple of years ago. My life has immeasurably improved since!

I have watched the 6.01 RTE TV News for decades must I turn it off now?
    Righting wrongs keeps me sprightly.

Mad that. There's something similar on P.ie, which allows me to not comment on threads in which I am not interested.

It kept Don Quixote amused when he has a g at the windmill. Watching the 6.01 news on RTE for decades must surely degrade the brain. All the propaganda is bad for one! It seems to have impaired your button pressing abilities. Poor man.

The RTE news in general seems to have degenerated to a list of accidental deaths and murders.

There's very little discussion of issues, especially when it can't be covered by dragging a TD into the studio. It seems too much effort to identify specialists in an area beyond ringing up some academic departments across the road in UCD.

World news coverage has become woeful. Could they not at least buy in some reports?

I don't remember it ever being this bad before.
