Norris went silent after the election and spent months figuring out how to defend his "good name". The lacking in goodness is directly related to who he hangs around with and likes to defend. I actually thought he'd fluic off and jump back in the closet but no. I met one his old supporters at Christmas, a very astute character now sporting visible drink problem. As I talked to him about the various issues involved he just threw his eyes to Heaven when the BF in Israel came up and said there was nothing to defend. He has been throwing ************************ all over the place for forty years and using every opportunity to raise his profile at the expense of others. The Hirschfeld saga should have sunk him years ago but he is seemingly untouchable. One for the rich and another for the poor. Why don't those with the knowledge get honest and wipe him out?

P.ie's news headline feature is new, so maybe DC is still figuring out how to blend comments and the news headlines.

The comments on the missing thread weren't all that great anyhow.

Not quite sure if the ''STANDARDS'' in the title refers to the very poor standard of English, the biased reporting, or the sheer arrogance of SOME journalists.
I find it wholly unprofessional that some presenters have no difficulty in showing their party political allegiance.
Sadly, the days of media integrity is long gone.
A few true professionals are, Brian Farrell, John Bowman, Sean O'Rourke, Cathy Sheridan and YES, Pat Kenny, all professional journalists. May God deliver us from the rest of them.

Norris only has himself to blame for his disastrous campaign. Skeletons tumbled out of his closet and he handled it badly.
