    Michael O'Leary should do it. He would be perfect.

    I was going to enter. I've a great idea for our hard time. Suppose I can tell you about it. It was an online database that one could whore one's wife out on.

    Guess I'm going to have to read more O' Casey for a new idea. I'm thinking of one where a guys goes on TV pretending to be rich but in the course of running to be president is exposed as being on the bru. Too far fetched?

    We're stuck with the problem in Ireland that we have too small a potential audience for any of these programmes to work. The UK show gets to draw from a population of over 62m and the UK apprentice still gets some idiots in the final candidates.
    The other problem is the Irish show was sponsored so every challenge turned out to be an advertising campaign.
    Finally if you had a choice of working for Bill Cullen, Donald Trump or Alan Sugar who would you go for?

    The last thing we need is the UK over-population problem.

    Personally I can't stand any version of the Apprentice, be it BBC or TV3, or Dragon's Den or any of that stuff.
