As I imagine everyone knows Nice was always meant to be temporary. It did give us exactly the same rights to an EU Commissioner as every state and every state was still going to have on equal rights in the orginal Lisbon Treaty and now even if this one is passed.
However our rejected of Lisbon has messed it up a bit, as the long-term status of the Commission in Nice was left vague, as Nice was never meant to be a long-term treaty.
"Give us the future, we've had enough of YOUR past, Give us back our country, to live in, to grow in and to love..."
Were FG telling the truth then or telling the truth now about our permanent seat on the commission?
I thought I had posted these before.... anyhow
in Opposition.....
And then once in Government........
