You will also see that Europe have reached a point of fustration with Ireland and will not stand for our ignorance in understanding the second Lisbon treaty again. Forget about military and abortion issues, these will be implemented with or without the second Lisbon Treaty - understand now, that regardless of what the rebels (Libertas/SF etc) try to communicate, Europe has invested millions in us and we owe them a YES vote. Am I to take it that you do not agree with my post Myksav? Sarcasm aside, do have a relevant and accurate rebuttal to my post? Seriously?

Why would I change my vote? Brian Cowen has consistently lied about irrelevancies such as guarantees - the man cant even guarantee us a straight answer, so why would I believe a man who has been shown to be dishonest?
If I could mass-sterilise the planet, I would. Seriously.

You don't have to. You're not voting for or against Cowen or the current Government. You're voting on an EU Treaty. There are dozens of sources of information you could go to. I wouldn't pay a blind bit of attention to any of our crowd but I'm voting Yes regardless.

    Yes, you can take it.

You link economic recovery with Lisbon. And an odd threat from a "new Europe Superpower".

    Is that you, Dick Roche?

Finally a logical and relevant post.

Federal Europe is emerging at a rapid pace, significant changes are taking place in the nature and structure of Europe as a superstate and the functions of the nation-state (Ireland) are now obsolete. These changes are providing new opportunities for European regions like Ireland to become more important policy actors in a wider Federal European context. The nation-state, however, is now redundant. We are now European citizens first and Irish residents second. The progress to date of Europe as a superstate is irreversible and Europe will continue its progress regardless of resistance encountered in the first Lisbon treaty across several European states. All issues have now been successfully challenged in the second treaty. Lets not have a third vote on the Lisbon treaty...get it right the second time!

Get real...this is so so much bigger than your silly ideals and a YES vote will be passed on Nice 2. Globalisation will not stop because a little island in north western Europe is afraid of abortion...or whatever the excuse is these days

VOTE YES OR BE OUTCASTED FROM THE NEW WORLD
