    The point you actually made was to show how crass and heartless you are.

    As to your question:

    The arrangements for implementing the clause would have to be agreed unanimously by the Council.
    Put simply, Ireland, or any other country, could veto any proposed arrangements for implementing the solidarity clause if they were felt to be too costly, or for any other reason.

    why do you think they need emergency medical supplies? - to put plastercasts on apartments and drips for swimming pools????

    Indeed folks should lay off the guy , ive seen lots of crass , callous threads on here . Hes deleted the op and apologized which is more than most do when they have been proved wrong .

    Sorry but i havent been near a TV in the last few days. I genuinely believed it was only property damage and injuries.
