Can someone help me out? I've been googling for a while now, and I can't seem to find any news stories about second french and dutch referendums being demanded, I'm sure they'd be consistent and not just ask us to re-run it, there must be some mistake...
Not a chance of it happening. The parties haven't got the resources for a referendum and and two elections.
Every one sees what you appear to be, few really know what you are, and those few dare not oppose themselves to the opinion of the many, who have the majesty of the state to defend them.

A large number of Deputies from the Socialist party voted against the Treaty in the French National Assembly. Eurosceptic parties are doing well in the Netherlands in the polls because of the ignoring of public opinion by the Dutch elite. But in any case, the media in those countries is in the tank for the Eurocrats and their Treaty, so it wouldn't report on it anyway.

To live honestly, to hurt no one, to give every one his due.
FT, you really need to stop interpreting results to suit your own agenda.
Two Eurosceptic parties have gained ground in the Netherlands.
One is the PVV, which is a far right party. Its growth in support can be attributed to it being the only seriously anti-immigration party since the collapse of the LPF.
The other is the Socialist Party (not a party that you'd have much time for). Their platform in the last election was opposition to welfare and pension reform. Unusually for a left-wing party, they are also strongly anti-immigration, although in this case it's to do with the undermining of worker's rights rather than national identity. I don't think the anti-immigration stance had much bearing on their performance though.
The European Constitution played very little role in the last Dutch election. The major issues were welfare reform, immigration and to a lesser extent envrionmental concerns

16 MEPs out of 700 think Ireland should have a 2nd referendum?!
My god - what a scandal!! Why do these Europhiles hate our freedom!?!?!
