    mccafferty cat' facts were right. 16 MEPs voted for the resolution. There are 785 MEPs. Yes, only 22 were on the committee. But that does not change the fact that only 16 out of 785 MEPs voted for the resolution, and it does not make those 16 MEPs representative of the EP as a whole.

    They are representative actually. These Committees will be divided out vis a via Parliamentary strengths just like with Oireachtas Committees and the votes cast will reflect the opinion of each Parliamentary grouping.

    Save the equivocation, please. And look up the definition of "committee".
