    Declan Ganley's agenda???

Given that he has never shown any interest in Irish or EU politics now or before the Lisbon Referendum why does he have a sudden interest to protect Ireland and other E.U. member states from a United States of Europe?

I admit when I was 16 and for a couple of years after liked Sinn Féin and was only really interested in politics in Ireland north of our border. But I was a teenager. Ganley is a grown man. What is his reason for politically only being interested in this issue? Is he just immature??? Or because of his business have a financial reason for not wanting the E.U. to develop more???

He is looking for a United States of Europe. Also, he's been in the background giving donations for yonks. This is just the first time he's come out and campaigned himself because he knew none of the established parties would take his position.

He wants control of Europe in order to bring in pan-European compulsory slaughter of the first-born. So the Irish Times will eventually tell us...

Given that it took five years I think it was to frame the Lisbon Treaty and Libertas's position on it I don't see how your argument makes sense. And who has he been giving donations to and why is he not interested in politics generally?

It would only take a few minutes of research on the internet to find the answers you're looking for. You should look at the stuff he wrote all the way back in 2003, it's the earliest stuff I have seen from him.

Could you provide at least one qualitative link? I found nothing on the wikipedia page about him.

    E-Notes: Europe's Direction? A Voice from Ireland - FPRI

This is the earliest thing I've seen from him about Europe. There's another article more specifically about the constitution on the same site. If you're looking for who he's donated to, I've heard he's donated to FF and he's a regular donor to political parties in general, but I don't know where you would find specific info on that, I'm just repeating what I've heard people say on TV.

    He is
looking for a United States of Europe
so that he can break it.

Anyone who believes that Ganley/Libertas support a
    United States of Europe
should ask themselves why he surrounds himself with people like Vaclav Klaus and other Europhobes.

    If Ganley campaigns for a
    United States of Europe
in the Euro elections in 2009 I will eat my hat.

Not only that, I will eat his hat too.

And I will be glad to do it.
