Even before the No vote has been officialy declared, it looks like the NO campaign have been proved wrong on the fundamental issue.

Mark Mardell (EU correspondent at the BBC) has reported that Brown and Sarkozy have already agreed that Lisbon cannot be shelved, and intend to press on without us.
