Polling Stations Not Marked in some Areas

From my own experience and speaking to friends around Galway.

My polling station, and others in areas which would be expected to have a strong No vote, are not marked. There are no posters, banners, or signs outside to indicate where the polling station is. I had to ask directions, and was lucky to find someone who knew where to go. Whether by ignorance or design, this is a bl00dy disgrace. People shouldn't have to explore their city to find the polling stations, they should be clearly advertised and marked so that everyone knows exactly where to go.

I do not know if the same holds for strong Yes areas because I know very few yes voters and I haven't spoken to any of them (am hoping they didn't vote! ).

thread title changed to avoid accusations of "No side paranoia".

A government not great at campaigning for the treaty is unlikely to be competent at rigging its vote.

The address is on the polling card. If you can't read it's going to be hard to vote ...

I can read the address. The local community centre. Which is in a complex including a library, a community centre, a community development centre, and a few other buildings, and there is no posters or directions as to which building the polling station is in.

    Yet more No side paranoia.

My area is a very strong yes area. And your polling station isn't well marked either.

In referenda they aren't usually well signposted. It has nothing to do with whether voters there are likely to vote yes or no. It is what happens EVERYWHERE!!!

Eh, my polling station is the station where all voting happens at, be it GE, LE or referendum, so is this not the case elsewhere? Do stations move around?
Food tastes better when you put it all together! It's the one best mayonnaise!

This is the 3rd or 4th conspiracy theory that someone from the No side has started in relation to polling day. (Bookies rigging the odds, polling stations being closed in parts of Limerick City, Ffers telling No voters to stay home, the Yes side stealing the referendum with the help of corrupt returning officers)

Would you lot get a grip?
