    Green Party Posters?

I've seen Lisbon posters for FF, FG, Labour, SF and the various other independant bodies but I have not seen any Green party Lisbon posters, why is this? Not that I'm complaining, just curious. I have not seen any PD posters either but I don't think I have even seen many PD posters for any election that I can remember.

Didn't they vote to have no official stance on Lisbon?

I thought they voted to be pro Lisbon. It would have been very interesting if they voted not to back Lisbon though!

A majority of the members voted to support the treaty at the special conference on the issue some months back, but a two thirds majority was needed to make it the official party position, as per the party constitution; this was not achieved for either side. So individual members are free to support/campaign for whichever side they wish. The other parties didn't bother to consult their members in choosing their stance.

The GP convention was in January, and neither No nor Yes got the necessary two-thirds of the membership, so the Green Party has no official stance.

Meaning that we're the only party really reflecting the opinion of the vast majority of the country. I'm just fine with that.

Could a political party throw up posters without actually advocating a vote one way or another? I know Labour have come desperately close with their awful "Yes to Europe" rubbish. But it seems odd that the Greens would miss an opportunity to advertise themselves?

    Vote... Something!
