But it's the people who are voting to allow the treaty. Therefore, 32csm are perfectly able to canvass the people without needing to address the question of whether the State is competent or not to execute the people's will. If the people do vote for it, and it's implemented by the Dáil and government, obviously this latter part of the process won't concern the 32csm, as they consider those entities void and lacking competence, as you say.

Sure, use the millions of corpses as you say to beat us over the head.

Was Ireland involved in any way in creating those millions of corpses? Absolutely not.

Should we just abandon all our soverignty to the EU because of something we had no hand act or part in.

We have no guilt about the history of competing states nor should we and we shouldn't feel that if we don't vote Yes, then Germany will go to war with France which seems to be what you are saying will happen.

The reason for the millions of corpses was because the people blindly and without reservation followed their political leaders and never asked where are they bringing us.

Patriotism does not lead to war. Corrupt leaders lead nations to war.

In other words: violent fanatics object to treaty.

unlike Brian Cowen though it appears the 32 csm took the trouble of actually reading it .
