On now.
On now.
At half-time its good so far. Ganley on points I reckon for being more to the point.
Just tuned in after watching Meath disposed of Carlow, and Sutherland seems to be continuing in the same vein as the Royals.

Ganley is wining hands down. Sutherland seems very smug. I thought Ursla Halligan was being fair to Ganley this time until they cut the programme early because Ganley was wining.
NotDevsSon you were wrong on the locked-thread to say Ganley was humiliated on the abortion issue by being shown his quote.
The quote is perfectly compatible with his position that Libertas had taken no position on abortion regarding Lisbon. He made the point in the quote that the ECJ would decide on human rights issues, which may include abortion.
No contradiction there.
The point Sutherland made about the Protocol in the Maastricht Treaty does not clarify the matter, given that the Protocol doesn't mention the word "abortion" but rather refers to Article 40.3.3. of the Irish Constitution, which only refers to the rights to life of the unborn without defining the "unborn".
