Make the EU democratically legitimate
Repatriate competences not needed by the EU
Make the peoples of the member states, sovereign over unelected bureaucrats.

"and vote down this treaty , can the No side be assured that it won't be forced down our throats and that the government will respect our decision ? or are we going to have a re-run of Nice ?"
As far as I understand it would be very difficult to have a rerun - With Nice 1 it was possible to show a lot of people voted no or just didnt vote because of neutrality issues therefore rectifying that somewhat allowed a second vote.
