    Lisbon: Summaries & Guides

I've posted up elsewhere the European Parliament report on the Treaty - however, a general thread linking to summaries and guides would, I'm sure, be useful to both sides.

Either pro or anti are fine, but they have to be guides or summaries, not just a collection of bullet-pointed slogans.

The Treaty text itself you can of course get here (English, Irish), and since that's a horrible thing to read, consolidated versions are available here. The text of the Charter of Fundamental Rights is here.

The UK Parliament Report - a fairly neutral summary, although obviously with elements that are applicable only to the UK.

What appears to be a complete website on the Reform Treaty: Analysis of Development Co-operation. Seems to have been written for the EU Constitution, and updated.
