Nonsense. There is no mention of taking up arms. Read it again: "aid and assistance by all the means in their power". The idea that 26 armies/navies/airforces charging off to one end of Europe or another, is simply nonsense.

It might b an idea for those opposed to the treaty to actally read and understand what's in it rather than creating straw men.
