O'Leary because he's the Irish Rogue who is the Devil people know and an Irish success story versus the polished unknown with the English accent and the look of a Timeshare salesman about him

    True enough.
Can't remember where I read it - was it here or somewhere else, that the interesting thing about the Lisbon debates is that really, they are not much about what is in the treaty itself but more about the power groups and lobbys who are jockeying for position and europe to be the way they want it. In that way its interesting to see - the military lobby won't go away regardless, nor will the peaceniks and on and on it goes.

I don't want either MO'L or DG having much of a say in where europe is going.

So, Cookie, with Ganley's business empire etc, how come he can afford to take so much time off to campaign, or does his business run itself from a shed in Tuam?

And to the genius above. There is nothing wrong with Jesuit boarding schools. It's not his fault your parents were poor.

No, he actually called it "a Communist totalitarian system", which is equally as moonbatty.

Ganley because he actually knows what's in the Treaty and can reference it by article. MOL has dodged questions on specifics in the Treaty he agrees with.

What are bets that Ganley mentions his Prátaí pickin' Granny and tell O'Leary he's a Clongowes educated elite?

I think this could be Ganley's waterloo (he likes the military reference does our Decko)

Ganley won debates against politicans by claiming:

He was a businessman ,they were a talking shop
He has understood efficiencies, they didn't
He knew about job creation, they didn't
he was a realist, they're heads were in the clouds
he was of the people, they were elitist.

I can't see him scoring any points on these arguments against O'Leary

As capitalist scum goes O'Leary is the real deal.. Ganley is just a shape thrower in comparision.
