    EU to abolish wet summers

    It seems inevitable that in the near future, the system of wet summers which does not exist in the vast majority of EU states, will be abolished in Ireland.

    Such moves must de facto occur in the process of harmonization and integration post Lisbon.

    Which Articles relate to this? I still can't find the Articles about job creation and economic recovery...

    It might sound a little paranoid but I'd swear this document was deliberately designed to be completely unreadable.
