    Should the Yes side respond?

'Catholics can vote Yes. Bishop Noel Treanor. Catholic Bishop of Down and Connor.'

Listening to RTE Radio 1 at 1pm today. They had interviews with people leaving Mass about how they would vote in the Lisbon treaty. The first lady interviewed said she would vote No and the only reason given was the feared introduction of abortion. These posters work to some extent, especially on the gullible uber Catholic wingnuts.

TBH I think the Grey vote might just begin to wonder if signing up for this Treaty might echo Collins words when he signed another Treaty back in 1921

    - then as now under foreign pressure!

Some nice reading at All Ireland Final Half Time.

Seeing as they lied on the Minimum Wage, I think these may be lies too.

EU assurances don't matter anyway. As far as I know the euthanasia and abortion guarantees are only clarifications anyway because groups like Cóir were using them along with conscription for their own cynical needs.

These never were issues and they still are safe already under previous treaties. Would anyone like to point out to me where Abortion and Euthanasia can be forced into Ireland by the EU???
