I feel sorry for and I know a few genuine members of the AAA, that are currently been used by the Socialist Party Political careerist in Limerick. I have done my best to advise these people of their folly in trusting the Socialist party. One or two are now seen the light, thank God.

And while Maurice is doing the photo op maybe he can explain this
Sinn Féin denies MEP at odds with party on water fees - Independent.ie
I would have thought that the SF position is explained quite clearly in the article. You can expect FG via the Irish Independent to try muddy the water like this in relation to water charges. Thats politics. You can expect a lot more of this on the run in to the general elction.

I haven't had the AAASP call to my door recently. They called though a friend of mine though and asked him for a contribution on the doorstep. Guy has been on the dole for a long time. Guy was genuinely uset that he hadn't even a euro in his pocket. Said he would have given them something just so as not to be embarrassed on front of the neighbours.

So, who are the AAA and SF going to recommend for preference votes or will it be plumpers that they advocate?

Having watched a load of them shouting at the wall at the back of the Pery Hotel recently, and Che Cian to the fore with his megaphone, I wouldn't hold my breath about this cult.

You would - but it doesn't - Boylan was chair of a committee that past a report - without any criticism from Boylan - they promoted water charges. SF then went on their usual double-speak claiming the report promoted general taxation for water expenditure - it doesn't - try reading the actual report.

God willie - I love your little anecdotes - they are up there with the best barstool gossip.

No, I don't think Cllr Loftus will be back in the AAA (socialist party) cult anytime soon. They threw him under the bus and then reversed over him just to be sure.

Cllr Loftus has alluded in local media to jealousy from elements within Limerick AAASP being the catalyst for the unseemly haste of his expulsion.

There is no forgiveness from the Socialist party. Careers have to be made so no room for sentimentality.
