Possibly...it's rather entertaining all the same.

My only reply to your comments regarding Aidan Mullins and the prejudices against Sinn Fein that you mention is that I'm glad you recognize that the situation is wrong when the services of a good man are denied because of the political party and philosophy he has chosen to identify with, but accept that this is just the way it is. That demonstrates realism on your part and is a good thing. But you have also shown in your various campaigns and actions that you will not just stand idly by and not try to change a situation that is wrong. And that is a good feature in you as well.

However, if you reflect more deeply on the matter, you will surely see that Section 31 was not implemented for the fun of it. It was a mind-control exercise by a filthy quisling and it polluted the thinking of a generation in a country that is supposedly a democracy. It also prolonged the struggle in the North and the suffering of the people there by making it possible for the British and their Orange and Blueshirt allies to obfuscate and deny to the world that there was any need for the reforms that they eventually had to implement anyway.

Some of us were smart and/or lucky enough never to fall for it and others have since seen through it. I believe you have the potential to open your eyes as well if you apply your mind to it. By the way, I wonder do you have even the remotest idea of the contempt that a West Brit snob like Conor Quisling O'Brien would have felt for you and your family - who are not British royalty and not at all wealthy?

As for Lottie, read back and see the allegations she made about Aidan Mullins and his (in her fantasies) connections with psychopaths and so on. She was invited to back those allegations up with evidence, but failed to produce any.

She said what she had to say and got a reply. It's called feedback and now there is no Section 31 to shut up the likes of me who say the kinds of things that she and her Blueshirt ilk don't want to hear.

Best to you and your family. And I'll be back in five years or so when, hopefully, more people have wised up and Aidan Mullins gets the support he deserves. Whether the people deserve a person as capable, idealistic and dedicated to public service as he is, given that they have voted for so many wasters this time round, is another question entirely.
Bloody good response bud......but i will admit you have me totally baffled....i'm not politicly minded bud and thats the truth....only a year ago...i actually had to ask Brian Stanley....i believe it was Brian....whats the difference between a TD and a county councillor

The only reason i have become interest in politics is because of my protest against LCC... Why...because the first politician i met after my protest on the roof of the cinema was John Moloney. I explained to John what i believed JD and LCC had done to my family.....the deducting points off our assessments under false pretenses ect ect....and he said...Kimble thats politics....I said...yes John....but why are they doing this to me...i'm not a politician...He said...well if you want to beat these guys....you better learn to be one He agreed to help me....but a few weeks later he told me....he couldn't help me because in the meen time i had gotten Brian Stanley involved.....I said....so its bloody me against the world? He said yes and GOD HELP THE WORLD

Section 31??? haven't the foggiest what your talking about....my fault bud...like i said...never political minded

Coner...thingy bob...never heard of him either....but i will take time out to look him up and to try and understand section 31....As the man says...you can learn something new everyday.

As for Lottie "ALLEGATIONS" that A Mullins was associated with psychopaths?? I believe...what she was trying to imply was....As a member of SF...Him and others like him will alway be associated with the IRA....and not just ME or Lottie see this....but the majority of the population see this.....that why i believe....if SF are to get serious...they will have to show the people that they are now solely committed to the political way.....i know there trying....but its going to take a lot of time and a long hard road before this will happen.

Thank for wishing my wife well bud....she only a little thing...but shes a fighter...she'll get there...take it easy bud

Good wishes to yourself and your family kimble, particularly your wife. Hopefully things will improve for you and thanks for your input into what has been an enjoyable thread in the main, tho' tinged with nefarious odours.
Local politics in Laois is certainly intriguing to say the least.
Good luck to you all down there - it looks like you'll need it.....
An election cannot give a country a firm sense of direction if it has two or more national parties which merely have different names but are as alike in their principles and aims as two peas in the same pod.

And as for BYSTANDER.......is it your policy to look for a thread to be closed down directly after someone wishes my seriously ill wife good wishes???

And where pray tell is the owner of this here great thread...the great TRANS-SIBERIAN.....he cant be still out celebration surely
Kimble, my suggestion that it may be time to wrap this thread up had absolutley nothing to do with your wifes illness. All on this thread, whether they agree with your postings or not, sincerely hope she gets well soon and have great sympathy with you and your family during this dreadful time. None of my postings show any ill will towards you or your family and I regret it if you feel that way. I wish your wife well and will pray for her. In the meantime I can understand why this thread will continue to give you a platform to air your feelings towards Deegan and his shoddy dealings with your family.
Section 31 was introduced by the Govt and banned Sinn Fein personnel from being interviewd on TV or radio - censorship in its purest form by the Minister Conor Cruise O'Brien.

If this was a properly monitored forum, this thread would have been blocked long ago. The fact that the presence of a moderator is non existent has made me decide to leave.

All the best to you all. It was a rather interesting ride...

What I would love to see from the friendships on this, is Lottie and Kimble actually meet in person and become friends. However, as I am familar with both, I know for a fact Mrs. E would never let that happen unless of course she was itching for votes...good luck you guys.

How stupid of me...off course...censorship. A certain individual has tried to censer my youtube videos in the form of solicitors letters. Not JD mind you...which is odd...but another person i mention on a few occasions I sent the letters back...with just 2 words written across them...DO IT Unfortunitly....they never took the bait Censorship is a terrible thing my friend.....having said that....and this is know disrespect to SF members....but ih there case....that could of been a good thing....because the one thing i did notice during the local election coverage on TV....the SF people who did pop up on programs like Vincent Brown, Questions&Answers, Primetime....didn't come across very well....there biggest downfall was discussing the state of the ecomeny....they didnt seen to have the right people on the right programs...if you get my drift....i pass your best wishs on to Joan as well bud. thank you.
