Why should LAB advisers be paid more than the cap?

It appears that an adviser to Joan Burton is being paid 35000 euro more than the cap announced by the government.Have we learned nothing from our last period in government? Joan sees nothing wrong with cutting disability payments while at the same time wasting taxpayers money on overpaid advisers.If Joan Burton wants to her adviser to have an extra 28000 per year why doesnt she give it to him out of her 200000 salary?As a labour party member i am calling on Eamon Gilmore to insist that all government advisers stay within the cap that is already set.

I agree and i am not trying to make mischief when i urge every labour party member to contact head office to demand that the overpayments be reversed and to call on party leader Eamon Gilmore to put an end to this scandal.
