Israel doesn't have a written constitution, as you may know. However, it is a state motivated by and openly beholden to the principles of Zionism, as stated by numerous of its political leaders in the past. One of the tenets of Zionism is that Palestine was an empty land before the Jews arrived in modern times, which essentially reduces the citizens who did live there to the status of non-humans.
Its de facto constitution is its system of laws, which enshrine the essential Jewishness of the state, thus implicitly making all non-Jewish Palestinians second class citizens. Its land laws seek to slowly remove all Palestinians from Israeli soil. Its occupation laws seek to fragment the occupied territories so that a Palestinian state may never come to pass. Its overall aim is the destruction of the Palestinian people as a people. All of this is subtly embedded in the de facto constitution of Israel.
