    Do you think we could see a FF/LAB government?? without Pat?

    Is that a likely scenario???

    I don't think a Special Conference could approve such a coalition. Personally I would be strongly against putting FF back in power

    I think that Rabbitte knows that he is finished in that situation. There might well be a revolt in Labour for the DL element having closely aligned Labout with FG. Other DL types might find themselves part of the good old Stalinist purge as well.

    No i can promise you that. Labour have an inkling that this coalition wont last long, so i dont imagine they'll bother

    It has always been on the cards and FG voters giving their 2nd preferences probably knew this, but went with the pact regardless.

    As I've posted umpteen times before, Labour will knife FG in the back as soon as the oppurunity arises.
