Presume the news about the connections between the owner of the site in Swords and James Reilly must infuriate the Gilmores.

All that public money sloshing around and possibly not one cent going their way!

I say possibly, because I think it took 3 years for the school sale news to filter through, so guess we'll give them that length of time again before ruling them out.
