    Yes there is but it can only used as a defence once a charge is brought. The onus is on the defendant to prove the defence is valid in their case.

    That is, a complaint is made, if it is considered blasphemy a charge is brought and then a defence is made by council for those charged. Should this defence not be offered....

    Once again thanks to Fianna Fáil we are the laughing stock of Europe. Far from being "at the centre of Europe" as their pro-Lisbon propaganda says they want us to be so far off the edge that we end up in Alabama.
